Here are the essential steps to get started:

1. Define your business model: Decide whether you want to serve a local area, multiple cities, or a specific food niche.
2. Develop customer features: Include restaurant discovery, menu browsing, order placement, online payments, and live order tracking.
3. Create restaurant management tools: Allow restaurant owners to manage menus, accept orders, and monitor sales.
4. Build a delivery partner app: Add order assignments, GPS navigation, and delivery status updates.
5. Set up an admin dashboard: Manage users, restaurants, commissions, payments, and platform activities.
6. Choose revenue streams: Generate income through restaurant commissions, delivery charges, subscriptions, and in-app promotions.
7. Integrate smart features: Consider AI-based recommendations, demand forecasting, and route optimization.
