You shouldn't choose your programming language or framework just based on the "What's Popular" or "What's everyone use/do". it should be based on your project, what it does, and what's gives maximum efficiency to the project, to the user and developer. "the best" thing doesn't suitable for everything. please try to understand what programming is.
