Speed matters more than perfection. We delayed launch trying to get everything “right,” but the market rewards those who launch early and iterate.

Compliance isn’t optional. At first, it felt like a slowdown. In reality, it’s what builds trust and keeps you in the game long-term.

Tech decisions can make or break you. If I could go back, I’d seriously consider using a White Label solution instead of building everything from zero—it would’ve saved months.
Overall, I learned that execution beats ideas every time.
Curious, anyone else here built or planning to build a crypto exchange? What would you do differently?
