<![CDATA[Why are more CEOs investing in AI automation instead of hiring more employees?]]>As someone running a growing business, I've started seeing that our staff spends a lot of time on repetitive chores like following up with leads, answering typical customer questions, updating spreadsheets, and managing routine workflows. Hiring more employees was my first thought, but I also realized that adding more people means higher costs, longer onboarding, and more management.

Recently, I began exploring AI automation, and it seems like many CEOs are choosing it to improve efficiency while allowing their teams to focus on higher value work.
