I’m planning to launch a centralized crypto exchange and currently comparing different centralized crypto exchange development companies. I’m mainly looking for a provider that can handle the complete platform rather than only the trading interface. For me, the important areas are the matching engine, crypto wallets, liquidity integration, KYC/AML tools, security, admin dashboard, blockchain integrations, APIs, and support for future expansion.
I also want the platform to be customizable around the business model, supporting cryptocurrencies, trading pairs, fee structure, and target users. Scalability is another important factor because I don’t want to rebuild the platform when the user base and trading volume increase. Before choosing a development company, I think it is also worth checking their approach to security, testing, third-party integrations, post-launch maintenance, and technical support.
For anyone who has already launched a CEX, what questions would you recommend asking a centralized crypto exchange development company before signing a development agreement?
