Hi, my name is Ronin Mays and I live in the United Arab Emirates. I work with Boultwood + Associates as a Quantum and Commercial Risk Consultant, supporting construction and commercial projects across the region. My interest in Delay Expert developed through examining project schedules, identifying the causes of delays, and assessing their effects on project performance and commercial outcomes. I enjoy applying analytical thinking, collaborating with experienced professionals, and contributing practical solutions that help projects move forward successfully. Outside of work, I have a strong interest in architecture, regional development, and exploring different places across the UAE. I also enjoy following major infrastructure and construction projects.
