How fast and reliable is Flighta’s confirmation and support response?

I'm looking at flights for my upcoming vacation and I saw Flighta. It looks like their interface is clean, and prices are competitive. Has anyone booked through them here? In particular, I'm interested in just how fast their confirmations come, and if the discounts are legitimate or not. And how about their support team? What is the response speed when it comes to cancellations or rescheduling? Insight from current users would be great before I go with Flighta.
