A Month and Still Waiting: First Interview Feedback (IFS - Sitecore)

It's been a month since my first interview for an IFS Sitecore job. I actually felt really good about the interview, but my application status is still stuck on "review." I even emailed to ask for an update, but haven't heard back.
Has anyone else experienced this long of a wait after an interview, especially when you thought it went well? It's frustrating to be left in the dark. I'm wondering if this is a common thing.
