We’re a mid-sized nonprofit evaluating CRM software for nonprofits, and one technical challenge we've faced is branding consistency across donor touchpoints. Most CRM nonprofit software comes with the provider’s branding or limited customization, which impacts the trust factor with our supporters.
We’re now exploring CRM for nonprofit platforms that offer white label options. Beyond visual customization, we're also considering backend flexibility—like adding our domain, integrating email under our name, and personalizing donor portals.
