Need Advice on Improving Odoo Speed – Site Slower Than Expected

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed that my Odoo website runs much slower in real use compared to the demo videos I’ve seen online. I checked Pagespeed.web.dev, and it suggests several optimizations, but I’m unsure which ones truly impact Odoo speed optimization.

Has anyone here improved loading time effectively? Should I focus on image compression, caching setup, or optimizing backend queries? Any proven methods or tools that worked for your Odoo setup would be really helpful.
