How can I split a large ICS file into separate event-based ICS files?

I have one massive ICS file containing hundreds of events, and it’s nearly impossible to manage or share selectively. I need a way to split the ICS into smaller files—either by event, date range, or calendar category. I found SysTools ICS Splitter, which seems useful because it lets you divide ICS files into multiple smaller ones without losing any metadata. It also keeps the original structure intact and handles bulk files pretty smoothly. Has anyone tried it?
