CCNA certification is a good and solid start to your career as a network engineer. Also Microsoft and Redhat certifications for system administration.
Start small, experience is the best way for reaching your goals.
Learn and use packet-tracer install Ubuntu dualboot with windows. Search on Google, watch YouTube video for learning.
Be patinate about what you do. You'll be reaching your goals pretty quickly. -
@root @root How did you complete your HND and degree (part time or full time) . I'm looking to do a part time networking HND with a job (something related to this field.). Then i will complete my degree also with the job. That way i can gain job experience and degree in the same time .
IS this a good plan ?can you recommended my plan.

i did HND in full time but degree did in part time. you cannot go the job without a HND or some High qualification ( CCNA )

@root I alredy studing for the CCNP i'm planing to take the CCNP exam after the 2020/02 month because of the CISCO exam changes .i'm ganna apply for the job with the CCNP. Then the HND and degree goes part time .
Is there any quality differnces between full time or part time HND rather than time ? -
That quality depends on your insitute or univercity .
