Booking a private transfer from Split Airport

Hi, I am arriving at Split Airport next week and need a private car to my hotel in the city center. Will the driver meet me inside the arrivals hall with a sign with my name on it, so I don't have to wander around the busy parking lot looking for the vehicle?

Since my flight might be delayed, how long will the driver wait for me for free after the actual landing time in Split? I am also curious if the final price already includes all airport parking fees, as I want to avoid any unexpected cash payments and have a completely stress-free start to my vacation in Croatia.

As soon as I bought my plane tickets, I decided to book a transfer on their website for the arrival time of my plane. Despite the fact that my flight was delayed by one hour, the driver still met me with a nameplate and took me comfortably to the hotel. I didn’t pay anything extra for it, because the price for the transfer is fixed, but of course I left a tip for the fact that he waited for me.
