A Channel Manager and a PMS are different, but they work together. A PMS helps hotels with things like bookings, check-ins, and payments. A Channel Manager connects the hotel to websites like Booking.com or Airbnb and updates room availability and prices on all those sites. The PMS manages what happens inside the hotel, while the Channel Manager makes sure the hotel’s rooms are listed correctly online.
