I’m planning an Odoo implementation for a mid-sized business and trying to understand how the Odoo implementation cost is calculated. From what I’ve read, factors like the number of modules, customization level, and user count affect pricing, but I’d like to know how others approach cost estimation in real projects.

Also, what Odoo implementation methodology or steps do you recommend for smoother deployment, especially when handling data migration and third-party integrations? Do you follow Agile, phased rollout, or a hybrid model?
