Job Brief
We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer with experience in building user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance web applications. At Matrix Mantra, we prioritize skills and practical experience over formal education certifications. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into code and implementing cutting-edge features to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
● Collaborate with the design and development team to implement user interfaces that adhere to design mockups and specifications.
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them accordingly.
● Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
● Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues and bugs.
Requirements
We value practical experience and a strong skill set more than formal education, but the ideal candidate should possess the following:
● Proven experience in Frontend Development with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience.
● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.
● Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
● Experience with one or more modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools.
● Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to address them.
● Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
● Experience with frontend testing and debugging.
