    • Reporting Bugs on Odoo Support Page – What’s the Right Way?

      Hey Odoo Community,

I recently came across a few bugs and UI inconsistencies on the Odoo support page (odoo.com/help), and I’m wondering what’s the most effective way to report them? Is there a formal process for submitting feedback or issues directly to Odoo?

In our experience at Webkul, while working on Odoo Maintenance Services and providing long-term Odoo Support, we've seen how crucial timely feedback and bug tracking can be, not just for the core product but also for support usability.

Has anyone here had success getting a bug acknowledged or fixed by reporting it via the forum or email?

Also, would be helpful if Odoo had a dedicated GitHub tracker or community bug submission tool for these pages.

      Looking forward to your thoughts!

    • How Do You Integrate Your Website with Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

      Hi all,

I’m currently exploring ways to integrate our website with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and was hoping to get some clarity from those who’ve done it before. Our goal is to sync website activity (like form submissions, newsletter signups, and behavioral tracking) directly with Marketing Cloud to trigger automated journeys and personalize customer experiences.
      Some questions I have:

What are the recommended methods or tools for website-to-SFMC integration?
Have you used API, JavaScript SDK (Web Collect), or CloudPages for capturing leads?
Any tips for Data Extensions, Contact Builder, or Journey Builder sync?
What challenges should we watch out for during implementation?

Also, if you’ve used Salesforce integration marketing cloud services or worked with a third-party tool, I’d love to know which ones you found effective and secure.
Appreciate any insights from developers, marketers, or Salesforce partners who’ve done this successfully!

      Thanks in advance.

    • What’s the Best Way to Build an API That Returns NFT Data?

      Hey all,

I’m working on an NFT marketplace solution and need to build an API that can fetch and return NFT data, like metadata, ownership, and transaction history. Ideally, it should work across ERC-721 and ERC-1155 standards.

Here’s what I’m trying to figure out:

What’s the best architecture for building an NFT data API? Should I index blockchain data using The Graph or use direct Web3 calls?

How do most NFT marketplace builders structure their API for speed and scalability?

I’m also considering adding caching layers and off-chain storage for faster retrieval, any suggestions?

If anyone here has created a custom NFT marketplace or worked with an NFT marketplace creator platform, I’d love to hear your approach, especially around performance, rate limits, and token standards.

      Appreciate your insights!

    • How Should an NFT Marketplace Structure Smart Contracts for Creator Royalties?

      Hi everyone,

As part of our ongoing work in NFT marketplace development, we often get asked about the best way to structure smart contracts to ensure fair and automated payouts for creators.

A well-designed NFT marketplace solution should include:

      • Royalty logic in the smart contract: Use standards like ERC-2981 to define and enforce creator royalty percentages.

      • Secondary sale tracking: Ensure the smart contract can detect and distribute royalties on every resale.

      • Creator metadata: Link each NFT to its original creator for transparency and future proofing.

      • Multi-wallet payout options: Support for splitting royalties among collaborators or linked addresses.

These features not only help support the NFT marketplace creator economy but also build long-term trust within the platform.

At Webkul, we’ve implemented these structures in custom projects and can also extend platforms like Bagisto with NFT capabilities if you're looking to blend eCommerce with digital collectibles.

    • How Do You Approach Odoo Implementation Alongside Custom Theme & Template Development?

      Hi everyone,

I’m currently planning an Odoo Implementation for a retail business that needs not only robust ERP functionalities but also a highly customized frontend for both web and backend users. While I’ve explored the core Odoo modules, I’m particularly interested in how developers are handling Odoo Theme Development and Odoo Template Development in Odoo 16 and 17.

Some specific points I’d love community input on:

      • How do you structure theme inheritance for scalability across multiple modules?

      • Are there best practices for minimizing latency introduced by overly customized templates?

      • When integrating a new theme during Odoo Implementation, do you version it separately for staging vs production environments?

      • Has anyone integrated third-party UI frameworks (like Tailwind or Bootstrap 5) cleanly into Odoo without breaking ORM-driven views?

      • Also, if you’ve worked with custom templates for the Odoo eCommerce or POS frontend, how do you ensure compatibility during future upgrades?

Looking forward to any real-world experience, code snippets, or tips. Trying to avoid pitfalls early on and make sure theming aligns smoothly with the broader Odoo implementation strategy.

      Thanks in advance!

    • What Should You Look for in a Blockchain Development Services Company in 2025?

When selecting a Blockchain Development Company for your project, it’s essential to look beyond the surface and focus on core technical capabilities that define long-term success. A reliable Blockchain Development Services Company must demonstrate not only coding expertise but also an in-depth understanding of decentralized architecture, smart contract security, and deployment workflows.

      • Smart Contract Development: Proficiency in Solidity (Ethereum), Rust (Solana), or Move (Aptos/Sui) is essential. Ensure the company performs unit testing, uses secure patterns, and conducts audits (internal or via third-party).

      • Consensus Mechanism Understanding: The team should understand PoW, PoS, or hybrid consensus depending on your use case (e.g., public ledger vs private chain).

      • DApp Architecture: Ask how they approach decentralized app development using Web3.js or Ethers.js. Look for clear documentation and modular development practices.

      • Token Standards & Integration: Experience with ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155, and integration with wallets like MetaMask and Trust Wallet is crucial.

      • Security & Compliance: Inquire about how they manage reentrancy attacks, front-running, and gas optimization. Compliance with local regulations (e.g., KYC/AML) is also important for real-world apps.

      • Deployment & DevOps: Familiarity with testnets (Goerli, Mumbai) and CI/CD pipelines for Web3 deployments adds operational value.

If the company shows fluency in both backend blockchain logic and frontend integration, you're on the right path. Always ask for previous project references and GitHub activity to verify capabilities.
